Komedal

This is a two story house, entered on the upper floor with a lower level that houses a little mother’s-in-law apartment. The back of the house has a beautiful view to Agate Passage and the mountains beyond. The original part of the house was built in the 30’s and it’s been added onto several times. Circulation and room flow is awkward. It is also in need of repair and updating. This is a very ambitious project with several new additions and new rooflines as well as a separate two car garage housing a gym and an artist studio.
