This mid-century modern compound looks out across an expansive lawn to Puget Sound and Seattle. The main house, guest house and garage are tucked in amongst giant fir trees and are connected by an covered walkway. The program includes more bedrooms and bathrooms for this family of six, a larger better functioning kitchen, maximizing the guest house area and adding a workout room to the garage as well as redesigning the rotting walkway.
